According to cybersecurity ventures, there will be up to 3.5 million job openings by 2021. Meanwhile, women make up only 20% of the cybersecurity workforce.
Cyber19w is a unique social entrepreneurship that offers a real opportunity for women and minorities to be exposed to the profession of cyber security. This entrepreneurship was founded by Hana Rado and Sivan Tehila Alus.
Our main goal is to make the cybersecurity profession accessible to women and minorities worldwide and to achieve diversity in this field.
We offer "low cost" but same time, high-level cybersecurity courses (frontal and online). We also help our graduated students to find work and offer them free mentoring by other women (from around the world) who work in Cybersecurity.
In partnership with Zefat Academic College (in Israel) and with cybersecurity experts we established the first-ever Cyber Security Practitioner (CSP) course for women and minorities from the Galilee area and more courses to come soon.
We offer scholarships and help for students who can't afford themselves to pay for the courses.
